Siamak obtained his master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1995 and finished his post-graduate studies at the University of Harbin's medical school in China that same year. He has also been awarded the Doctor of Oriental Medicine degree from Canada's College of Natural Medicine in Montreal in 2008. He holds a certification in Homeopathic Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. He is nationally certified in his field and holds a license to practice Chinese Medicine in the State of Oregon by the Oregon Medical Board. He has been in private practice in Portland, Oregon since 1995.

Siamak has served on several nonprofit organizations and is president emeritus of the Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine Society of Oregon and the Oregon Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (under his leadership combined as one organization). He is currently serving on an advisory committee to the Oregon Medical Board.

In 2002, Siamak formed 2bwell, Inc with plans of expanding his practice and changing the perception about complementary and alternative medicine. In January of 2006, he opened the doors to 2BWell Clinic, a full-service natural wellness center in Lake Oswego, OR. He invited other providers to serve a large community that has found natural healing at 2bwell Clinic. Siamak expanded his company in 2012, acquiring a historic building in downtown Portland, OR, and formed 2bwell Group. The downtown location houses 2bwell Community Health Clinic, as well as a second branch of 2bwell Clinic. 2bwell Community Health Clinic is structured as a social enterprise to provide affordable care to the un-insured or under-insured in the Portland Metropolitan area.

In early 2011, Siamak partnered with two friends and started 2bwellMedia, LLC. Bruce Cappelli, and Juliana Lukaisk, with rich backgrounds in PR, marketing, and multimedia, as well as a passion for the power of "Wellness Based Medicine", share the vision of 2bwellMedia. This new "Wellness Media" company is producing high quality marketing tools and multimedia material, all of which is related to wellness based medicine, self-care, fitness, preventive medicine, and many other related subjects.
